If you cannot see the filter, it might be necessary to import it from Clarivate’s support pages. Using quick search in the EndNote toolbar will execute a general search of all fields. Choose the appropriate Import option (based on the format in which you saved the file you might need to select 'other filters' if the one you are looking for is not already displayed).

Select the import option, File > Import > File.
